With WordCamp Gdynia 2024, we aim to:

1. Foster Community Growth
   Strengthen the WordPress community by bringing together diverse participants from various backgrounds, skill levels, and areas of interest to share knowledge, experiences, and collaborate on projects.
2. Enhance Skills and Knowledge
   Provide comprehensive learning opportunities through workshops, talks, and sessions that cater to all levels, enabling attendees to enhance their WordPress skills, learn about the latest technologies, and best practices in development, design, business, and marketing.
3. Promote Open Source Contribution
   Encourage and facilitate contributions to the WordPress project by hosting a Contributor Day, workshops, and sessions aimed at guiding new and existing contributors on how to get involved.
4. Inspire Innovation
   Showcase innovative uses of WordPress, exploring topics like headless CMS, block editor advancements, and new plugins/themes that push the boundaries of what WordPress can do.
5. Build Inclusive and Sustainable Practices
   Lead by example in organizing an event that prioritizes sustainability, inclusivity, and accessibility, ensuring a welcoming environment for all participants and minimizing environmental impact.
6. Strengthen Global and Local Connections
   Create a platform for networking and collaboration that not only strengthens the local WordPress community in Gdynia and Poland but also connects it with the global community, fostering international partnerships and friendships.
